How to read the guide:
If there is a combo, the combo will
be displayed with the parent on the
left and its children on the right
bottom. (children fuse to make the
parent) Kind of don't know how to
explain it any better. It should
look self explanatory.
For example:
third1 and third2 fuse to form second2.
second1 and second2 fuse to form first.
